I was really looking forward to getting this kit and finally decided to splurge on it. Probably would have been awesome but unfortunately half of it (both boxes of tips) were not delivered. Customer service is prompt at responding, but completely unhelpful. They have to do an inventory which takes 5 business days, which I totally understand. However, their tone is accusatory and they have denied my request to purchase new tips at my expense and have them grant expedited shipping. I finally got so frustrated with this whole mess that I asked to have return labels sent to me after the investigation so that I could just return everything I received and be done with it - but this company does not allow returns or exchanges for any reason! They said they’d make a one time exception for me though, but I’d have to pay shipping. I am just really at a loss for words. I’ve never heard of a company not allowing returns or exchanges, especially since it’s only been 2 weeks, I have a receipt and everything is unopened/in original packaging. I had such high hopes and thought I was dealing with a high end company, but obviously not.

Customer service is absolutely AMAZING! My address was incorrect after submitting my order, and they emailed me back immediately with a solution. I love the products! The nails stay on for 3 weeks, are so easy to do on my own, and look professional! Love this company!

Their shipping totally sucks. You pay $10 and have to wait 17 days to get your items... Nice.

You are honestly the best company in the nail industry. Your quality is unlike any other company, as well as the unique ideas and designs in terms of nails. Also the customer service is excellent, i sent email and straight they answered me. Again thank you very much for your prompt service and resolution of the problem.

Products are phenomenal. Haven't had an issue yet. Their Aer Gel system is solid, and the Gel-X is as original as it can get. My main issue is their customer service. It seems like most companies forget what "customer service" was all about. The customer service staff aren't friendly at all. I get half-a**ed answers from them all the time, which is disappointing for a company that's leading the industry in product innovation. Also, when I reach out to their customer support through chat or email, it takes almost 48 hours to get somewhat of a response. That's pretty terrible...

I do have confidence that they can turn this around, but the question is, will they?

Issues with delivery
Placed my order in june 22. Still not received my order. Don't think I'll order from Apres again.

This company should be out of business. they have the worst customer service. they do not answer phones and they could care less when they mess up. packages are often delivered late if at all. Yet you always see them posting on social media new launches. If I could give them a 0 star I would. 100% do no recommend

I ordered 2 nail sets and they came with it 4 days. Had them for a entire 24 hours before I even got the email that they were shipped I ordered more stuff cause I saw that the first ones I ordered came in and it wasn’t a scam. I ordered 200 dollars more stuff and now online they both say fulfilled but have not received them and have got a shipment number but it’s invalid on ups. Just annoying when you order something online and you are lead a stray with not knowing. Apres make most of there sales online you would think they’d be more efficient with how much they charge for there products. Apres nails, DO BETTER!

Very fast delivery and the products look amazing

I've bought a lot of stuff and everytime it arrives quickly to Chile. Anytime there's a problem with an order they fix it right away and they don't make any problems as other websites. I've reached support several times and they always answer kindly and try to answer any question or problem that I have. I'll continue buying my stuff here, thank you Apres for your quality and good service ♡

Apres is a reliable, quality brand. I’ve Been using their products for over a year now and I love everything if the product is ruined and I contact the company they replace it right away. Everything that I’ve purchased has perfect formula which giving me the ability to provide beautiful Manicurist for my clients.

Amazing customer service and quick shipping times

I placed my order on August 8 and so far I have not received my parcel.
